A woman's menstrual cycle is a very personal thing. 28 days, is considered an industry norm, but here at Mondays we understand that there is no standard woman and no standard cycle. Some women know how long their cycle is some (like me) don't. Some women have a regular cycle (the same every month) some don't. At Mondays we want to deliver in-time, everytime. So let's set your Mondays delivery schedule based on you.

If you know your cycle

If you find that anything changes, just log onto your account and you can adjust your cycle at anytime.

If you don’t know your cycle

You don't know the length of your cycle. OR your cycle is irregular, it changes month to month.

We suggest delivering products to you every 28 days with a 'doubling-up' of your first order. This way you will have supplies in the cupboard in case of emergencies. Doubling-up is a one-time action, it will not remain as standard on your account. You can double-up again at any point in the future and / or set your cycle to a different number of days, by logging onto your account. If you don't want to double-up your first order, you can deactivate this option at check out.
