Mondays' plastic-free period care products are offered to employees in bathrooms across all Tarmac offices and sites across the UK.

Tarmac a CRH company, headquartered in Solihull, England, is the UK's leading sustainable building materials and construction solutions business. They employ around 7,000 people across a network of more than 350 sites across the UK.

“With this in mind, we entered into a new partnership with Organic Mondays last year to provide organic, plastic-free period care products to employees across our business.

“As part of the agreement, we were proud to make Organic Mondays’ sustainably-sourced cotton pads, tampons and panty liners available free of charge to employees and visitors to all our UK sites. We’re pleased to say that the initiative has been well received and continues to be utilised across our business.

“The development builds upon our wider efforts to create a more inclusive environment for our employees, where all our people can thrive. Importantly, Organic Mondays’ sustainable product range and company ethos also firmly aligns with our overarching sustainability commitments and 2030 strategy, Act.”
