A great opportunity for a passionate & experienced sales professional to drive impactful change

We are looking for a sales person to join the core team who is passionate about Mondays' mission to bring equality to the bathrooms.

With a focus on expanding our footprint in the European market to deliver ambitious sales targets with new (& current) flagship clients, thereby cementing Mondays position as the leading European provider of sustainable menstrual health care solutions for businesses.

This role requires multi-year industry experience and a track record of working in Europe. Fluency in one or two European languages (excluding English) is a pre-requisite.

Swiss Sales / Business Development manager - 80% to 100% - Zurich - Salary Range CHF4,000 to CHF4,800 (per month pro rata) + Commission

Have you got exceptional communication skills and powers of persuasion?

Your responsibility will be to identify and win new key accounts by researching new opportunities, building a rapport with multiple stakeholders and ultimately client acquisition. You will take full responsibility for managing a clear pipeline of opportunities and stakeholders. You have great commercial acumen and are able to analyse the Swiss market to identify key clients and growth opportunities.

You have a strong attention to detail and are happy to prepare and deliver high impact presentations. You have strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently across multiple projects.

Business Internship - 6+ months - Zurich - Salary range CHF1,800 to CHF2,000

Are you structured and organised with an ability to effectively prioritise?

Working directly with the founders, you will have a hand in the allocation of marketing spend and tracking ROI, take responsibility for on-boarding new clients and processing orders as they arrive. You will be tech savvy, have an eye for detail and a can do attitude.

Social Media & Customer service Internship - 6+ months - Zurich - Salary CHF1,800 (per month pro rata)

Can you create great content quickly, analyse performance and solve problems fast?

Must have a can-do attitude, be passionate about people and user experience, your work will directly affect the retention and engagement of our D2C customers and increase the in-bound sales inquiries.  As a digital native you will be familiar with all SoMe channels and can track/analyse performance, have a creative talent, be motivated by reaching targets, and have an eye for detail.
