Customer Service & Social Media Internship

Must have a can-do attitude, passionate about people and customer experience.

Your work will involve working directly with our corporate and private customers, ensuring an excellent customer journey. Key to the role are strong organisational skills and willingness to roll your sleeves up come what may! The goal: to ensure continued high client retention, engagement of our customers and increase the in-bound & outbound sales inquiries. 

As a digital native you will be comfortable to communicate company values, news and updates. You will actively create engaging content on SoMe channels especially Linked In. You are interested in or can already track/analyse performance, be motivated by reaching targets, and have a strong eye for detail.
