In 2020, Bühler Group took a step toward creating a more inclusive and sustainable workplace by partnering with Organic Mondays to bring plastic-free, eco-friendly period care into their offices across Switzerland.

Since then, Bühler has not only continued to prioritise the wellbeing of their employees, particularly their women in STEM, but has also shown what it means to lead by example in the workplace. From pilot to policy, what began as one employee’s initiative has grown into a company-wide commitment.

As we expand our partnership beyond Switzerland, we’re reminded of the power of long-term collaboration and of staying true to our Swiss roots: when companies commit to sustainability, inclusion, and delivering at the highest level, real change with sustainable impact becomes possible.
