What does postage cost?
🇨🇭For orders OVER 50 CHF you get FREE delivery
🇨🇭 For orders of 25 CHF or MORE we charge 8.50 CHF
🇨🇭For orders UNDER 25 CHF we charge 20 CHF
🫶🏼 TIP: Subscribe (get 5% OFF) for more boxes with value 50+ CHF => FREE DELIVERY and have your delivery sent less often (every 3 months or so)
🇺🇸 For American orders over 100 CHF we ship for FREE, otherwise we charge 44 CHF.

Why is postage charged?
On the back of customer feedback we recently decided to start fulfilling our Swiss orders from Switzerland. This means we can track orders and our customers get their orders in a reliable and timely manner.
However as a result the cost of fulfilment and postage has increased significantly for us.
We have set up our Shipping Policy to incentivise our customers to make larger, less frequent deliveries this helps us keep costs and the environmental impact* down.
*Every order almost regardless of size has the same carbon emissions footprint.

How long does delivery take?
A big reason to fulfil our Swiss orders here in Switzerland is to for reliable and timely delivery times!
If you need your products urgently please select the PostPac Priority Option (send us an email on [email protected] and highlight your urgency) and we will get you your Mondays products within 2-3 days if we can❣️
With PostPac Economy please allow for 5/7 business days - we are small team and pack /send orders 1x maybe 2x a week.
